Oil Cost Increase in Iran

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad Imposed a new law that would rational petrolium to the Iran's citizens. The law would limit Iranians 22 gallons of gas every month, which is about two ful tanks on a typical car. The price of petrol would increase in 25 cents and additonal petrol would cost $4.50 more. Economists predict that thenew law would have dramatic effects on the Iranian lives. there would be a huge inflation that would increase the cost of living.

iran is the second largest oil exporter producing lots of weath to the goverment but soon the war with iraq wrecked the petrol refining capacity. the president goal was to persuad consumers to switch to other fuel sources such as natural gas, which do not rely on foreign imports.
